The Final Offer
- Like many companies, Virgin conducts thorough Pre-Employment Screenings for all hires. Candidates will be asked by the hiring manager for authorization to conduct the background verification for example: education, work history, etc.
- Both you and the hiring manager will sign the letter of employment. The letter will contain key points such as compensation, benefits, start date, etc.
